崗位職責/職位描述
任職要求及崗位職責:
1. Review arrival information on a dailybasis; VIP, Regular guests, Groups, special requests etc.
每班檢查當日抵店客人信息,包括貴賓、常規客人、團隊的情況以及特別要求。
2. Maintain good working relations with all departments與所有部門保持良好的工作關系
3. Familiar with Front Office Standards and Procedures
熟悉前廳部工作標準及程序
4. Ensure that guest complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying toavoid any guest leaving the hotel dissatisfied. Solicits assistance fromManagement if needed
確保客人的抱怨被合適的記錄并采取行動避免客人不滿意的離開飯店。必要時從管理人員處獲得幫助
5. Assist in resolving accounting matters, disputes, missing back-ups etc
協助解決財務問題、爭議、丟失的備分等
6. Represent Management in all guest related issues in the best possible way
盡可能用更好的方式代表飯店管理層處理與客人有關的一切事宜
7. Handle guest requests and takes personal responsibility to ensure request ismet by following up with relevant departments
處理客人要求并通過親自追蹤相關部門負責確保客人的要求被滿足
8. Responds immediately on medical requests and emergencies
對醫療要求和緊急事件做出快速反應
9. Assist in investigating and resolving written guest complaints
協助調查和解決客人的書面投拆
10. Maintain effective guest relations, builds rapport and offer personalizedservice and assistance
維持有效的對客關系,建立和諧的氣氛并提供個性化的服務和幫助
11. Be responsible for night duties, carry out hotel night audit accordingprocedure
負責酒店夜間運行,根據具體程序完成夜間審計工作
