工作職責(zé)
1, Monitoring the implementation of QMS projects;監(jiān)督質(zhì)理管理體系項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施
2, Answer customer questionnaires and reviews customer and std. rqmts., and incorporate into system回答客戶的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和評(píng)審客戶和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求, 并整合到公司的體系
3,Conducts internal audits and write audit report, assist MR in external audit & BCP, annual CSR implementtaion program; business-partner survey.;
實(shí)施內(nèi)部審核和撰寫審核報(bào)告, 協(xié)助管理代表進(jìn)行外部審核和商業(yè)持續(xù)管理,年度的公司社會(huì)責(zé)任實(shí)施項(xiàng)目,和商業(yè)伙伴調(diào)查報(bào)告
4,Generates and conducts mgt. system trainings related to QMS, BCP, CSR, EICC,CMRT, GHG and others.建立和舉辦有關(guān)QMS, BCP, CSR, EICC, CMRT, GHG和其它的管理體系培訓(xùn)
5, Source out new mgt. stds., compile customer requirements , review it and generates/updates procedures and coordinates with different
departments. 尋找新的管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn),滿足客戶的要求,并和不同的部門協(xié)調(diào)評(píng)審要求并建立/更新程序文件
6, Conducts supplier/service provider audits and other tasks.進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商/服務(wù)提供商審核和其他指派工作.
任職要求
1. Familiar with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/OHSA18001/SA8000/EICC/ Conflict Minerals SER, GHG and other green product rqmts.(RoHS/Halogen-Free/REACH, etc.)
熟悉ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/OHSA18001/SA8000/EICC/沖突礦物,社會(huì)環(huán)境責(zé)任,溫室氣體,和其它綠色產(chǎn)品(RoHS/Halogen-Free/REACH)等管理體系要求,
2. Experienced in the manufacturing companies and ability to set up management systems
有在制造工廠工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和有能力建立管理體系
3. Can deal with different level of people as well as to the external parties such as 3rd party auditors/customers/suppliers /
能很好地應(yīng)付不同層面的外部人員,如第三方審核員/客戶/供應(yīng)商
4, Good in communicating with all levels of employees and can speak and write well in English.
能夠與不同層面的員工進(jìn)行良好的交流，英語(yǔ)讀寫流利。
5, Proficient understanding of electronic manufacturing terminology and with high sense of responsibility & can work independently andwilling to extend working hours if necessary.

6, Can conduct management system internal auditing and have supplier audit experience

7, Fast learner and can handle multiple assigned tasks.
學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)并可以處理指派的不同工作
8, Resume must be written in English.
