Job Purpose職責概述
To assist Director of Talent & Culture and Talent & Culture Manager to handle personnel routine work, mainly for administrating talent data, salary and benefit etc.
協助人才與文化總監和人才與文化部經理處理日常人才與文化工作,主要是人才信息管理和薪酬福利等。
Primary Responsibilities主要職責
Administration and Legal Responsibilities
行政與法律職責
· Talent’s checking in and checking out.
辦好人才入職及離職手續。
· Set up and update personnel files。
建立與更新人事檔案
· Makes a record of talents who need timekeeping assistance and advice.
記錄人才上下班打卡記錄并給予建議。
· Maintain talent leave record
記錄并保存人才請假記錄。
· Check according to hotel policy.
核對請假是否符合酒店制度。
· Transfer and split all kinds of forms.
傳遞分發各種單子
· Assist in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as talent welfare & benefit and all talent activities.
協助日常人事管理工作,以及參與辦理人才福利、組織人才活動。
· Prepare the selection of Talent of the month and of the year.
月度及年度**大使的選舉準備
· Assist in the communication flow to all hotel talent through notice board, newsletter. Bulletin and directs communication with talent regarding Personnel Policies and Hotel rules and regulations.
通過人才布告欄、信函或直接聯系等方式,向人才宣傳好人事制度和酒店規章。
· Management of Talent Locker keys
人才更衣柜鑰匙的管理
· Prepare Talent Restaurants Voucher for each department.
為各部門制作人才餐餐劵。
· Assist Talent & Culture Manager management talent canteen and get satisfied survey.
協助人才與文化經理管理人才餐廳并調查滿意度。
· Make department attendance record.
制作部門考勤。
· In charge of T&C fixed assets.
人才與文化部固定資產盤點
· Draft part of T&C documents.
起草部分人才與文化部文件。
Replacement and Temporary Mission
替換和臨時任務
· Review personnel policies, procedures and practice. Recommend changes, modification or up-dated information to the Director of Talent & Culture
研究有關人事方面的政策規定以及相關操作程序與慣例。如有改動、變更或**新規定,及時向人才與文化總監匯報。
Miscellaneous
其他:
· Report to the Talent Service Manager.
直接向人才服務經理匯報。
· Coordinate functions and activities with other departments.
協調與其它部門的工作和活動。
